Watermelon lime sorbet
Cut up, de-rind and de-seed 2 small watermelons
Add a can of frozen limeade concentrate (thanks,
lovelikeyeast)
Finely chiffonnade a little fresh basil
Puree
Churn
Freeze
Enjoy
If I'd had more time, I'd have infused the basil into the watermelon juice for a while and then strained it. I wasn't so into the green bits. But H loved them.
